プライバシーポリシー
スポーツ組み合わせメーカー（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者データの取り扱いを説明します。
1. 端末内に保存するデータ
参加者名、大会設定、組み合わせ、得点、順位などは、利用中の端末内に保存されます。これらのデータを本アプリの運営者が管理するサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。
2. 広告配信
Android版とiOS版ではGoogle AdMobを使用します。広告配信・効果測定、アプリの利用状況や動作の把握、不正利用防止のため、Googleまたはそのパートナーが端末識別子、IPアドレスとそこから推定したおおよその位置情報、アプリの起動や操作に関する情報、広告の表示・操作情報、クラッシュや起動時間などの診断・性能情報を取得する場合があります。必要な地域では、広告の同意画面とプライバシー設定を表示します。
Android版、およびiOS版の旧テストビルド（Build 4など）では、地域・同意設定に応じ、Googleまたは広告パートナー（認定バイヤー等）が広告トラフィックから利用者のリストやプロフィールを作成し、広告のパーソナライズ、リマーケティング、他の広告枠での入札に利用する場合があります。iOS版のBuild 6以降は広告要求を非パーソナライズとして送信し、Google Mobile Adsのパブリッシャー自社IDを無効にしています。非パーソナライズ広告でも、表示頻度の制御、集計報告、不正利用防止などのためにデータを利用する場合があります。
3. アプリ内購入
広告なし月額プランの決済は、Android版ではGoogle Play、iOS版ではApple App Storeが処理します。本アプリはサブスクリプションの有効状態を確認しますが、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を保存しません。解約や更新設定は各ストアのサブスクリプション管理画面で行えます。
4. 画像保存
組み合わせ表の画像は利用者の操作で端末上に生成・保存されます。本アプリの運営者が管理するサーバーへ自動送信されることはありません。
5. データの削除
第1節のアプリ内保存データは、利用者が削除するまで端末内に保持されます。アプリ設定の「全データをリセット」、端末のアプリデータ消去、またはAndroid・iOSアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。第4節の書き出した画像は、保存先の写真・ファイルアプリから別途削除してください。「全データをリセット」は広告の同意記録やGoogle・広告パートナーが既に取得したデータを削除しません。運営者は広告配信データを自社サーバーに保存しません。Googleと広告パートナーが取得したデータの保存期間・削除方法は、各社のポリシーに従います。
広告の同意設定が表示される地域では、アプリ設定の「広告のプライバシー設定」から選択を変更・撤回できます。撤回は以後の広告処理に関する選択であり、既に取得されたデータの削除とは別です。Googleが取得したデータの確認・削除方法は、下記のGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。広告パートナーが取得したデータの削除を希望する場合や窓口が分からない場合は、下記のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。運営者が確認できる範囲で該当する事業者の窓口と手続きを案内します。
6. 対象年齢
本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象とし、13歳未満の子どもを対象として設計していません。未成年の方が利用する場合は、保護者または大会運営者の管理のもとで利用してください。
7. 外部サービス
本アプリに組み込む広告SDKはGoogle Mobile Adsです。運営者は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーと認定広告取引の参加規則により、Googleおよびその取引を通じて利用者データを扱う事業者に、本ポリシーで説明し、App Store審査ガイドラインが本アプリに求めるものと同等の保護が求められることを確認しています。これには、説明した目的に沿った利用、安全管理、必要な期間に限る保持、適用法令と同意選択の遵守が含まれます。不適合が判明した場合は当該事業者への共有を停止する設定変更を行い、個別に停止できない場合は本アプリの広告配信を停止する措置を取ります。各事業者の保有データを運営者が直接削除することはできません。確認・削除の相談方法は第5節をご覧ください。
8. ポリシーの変更とお問い合わせ
機能や関係法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。お問い合わせは、運営者「ささるアプリ製作委員会」の support@pixclown.com までお願いします。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Sports Matchup Maker (the “App”) handles user data.
1. Data stored on your device
Participant names, event settings, matchups, scores, and standings are stored on the device you use. The App does not send this information to a server operated by us.
2. Advertising
The Android and iOS Apps use Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, understand app usage and performance, and prevent abuse, Google or its partners may collect device identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app launch and interaction data, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic and performance data such as crashes and launch time. Where required, the App displays an advertising consent form and privacy options.
In the Android App and older iOS test builds (such as Build 4), depending on the region and consent choices, Google or advertising partners (including Authorized Buyers) may create user lists or profiles from ad traffic and use them for personalized ads, remarketing, or bidding on other ad inventory. Starting with iOS Build 6, ad requests are marked non-personalized and the Google Mobile Ads publisher first-party ID is disabled. Non-personalized ads may still use data for frequency capping, aggregate reporting, and fraud prevention.
3. In-app purchases
Google Play processes the Android monthly ad-free subscription, and the Apple App Store processes the iOS subscription. The App checks subscription status but does not store payment details such as credit card numbers. Cancellation and renewal settings are available in each store's subscription management page.
4. Image exports
Matchup images are generated and saved on your device only when you request it. They are not automatically uploaded to a server operated by us.
5. Deleting data
The in-app data described in Section 1 remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete it by using “Reset all data” in the App, clearing its local storage, or uninstalling the Android or iOS App. Images exported under Section 4 must be deleted separately from the Photos or Files app where you saved them. “Reset all data” does not delete advertising consent records or data already collected by Google or ad partners. The operator does not store ad-delivery data on its own servers. Retention and deletion of data collected by Google and ad partners are governed by their policies.
Where advertising consent options are available, you can change or withdraw your choices through “Ad privacy settings” in App Settings. Withdrawal changes your choice for subsequent ad processing; it does not itself delete data already collected. See the Google Privacy Policy below for ways to review or delete data collected by Google. If you want to request deletion of data collected by an ad partner or cannot find the appropriate contact, email us at the address below. We will help identify the relevant provider's contact and procedure to the extent we can verify them.
6. Age eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not designed for children under 13. Minors should use it under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or event organizer.
7. Third-party services
The only advertising SDK embedded in the App is Google Mobile Ads. We have reviewed Google's Privacy Policy and the rules governing its authorized ad transactions, and confirm on that basis that Google and participants handling user data through those transactions are required to provide protection equivalent to that described in this policy and required for this App under the App Store Review Guidelines. This includes use for disclosed purposes, appropriate security, retention limited to what is necessary, and compliance with applicable law and consent choices. If we learn of non-compliance, we will change settings to stop sharing with that participant or, if that cannot be done individually, take steps to stop ad delivery in this App. We cannot directly delete data held by those providers. Section 5 explains how to ask about accessing or deleting data.
